Q. Who makes your jewelry?
A. All pieces are handmade by the Bougie Boho, Kim Boyd.
Q. What is a buying appointment?
A. If you live within the Washington Metropolitan area and are interested in purchasing Bougie Boho products, we can schedule a time to meet with you and give you and others interested the opportunity to buy our products in a private setting.
Q. Are the colors I see on my screen an exact representation of the items true color?
A. While every effort is made to represent the colors of each piece accurately, every monitor is different and we cannot guarantee the colors you see are a 100% exact match of the colors of each piece. If you would like to see additional photos, send an email to [email protected]!

Q. What payment method do you use?
A. We accept debit or credit card payments via PayPal.
Q. Do I need to have a PayPal account in order to make a purchase?
A. No, you do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. If you do not have a PayPal account, when checking out choose the option to pay with a debit or credit card.
SHIPPING
Q. What shipment methods do you use?
A. All purchases are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. You can track your package all the way up until delivery. Please be aware, Bougie Boho is not responsible for item(s) confirmed as delivered using the USPS "Delivery Confirmation" service. For extra protection, you are welcome to purchase Paypal's buyer protection insurance or USPS insurance.
Q. Do you provide extra shipping services or options?
A. All items are shipped using USPS Delivery Confirmation. This allows you to track and confirm that your item has been delivered. If you would like additional protections from the postal service, including expedited service, signature confirmation or insurance, feel free to inform us of this desire before purchasing. All services will require an additional fee and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Q. Do you ship Bougie Boho products internationally?
A. International orders are delivered via USPS International First Class Mail. Please note, international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Delivery times for international shipments vary from country to country.
Q. How can I track my order?
A. You will receive an email order confirmation once our order as been received and an email shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the USPS tracking number for your package. You can track your package here: https://www.usps.com. Just click on the 'track & confirm' button in the top left hand corner, enter your tracking number and hit find. This will help you determine where your package is in real time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
A. We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases at Bougie Boho. If for any reason you wish to return your merchandise, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your issue. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from customers who do not contact us prior to their return. We allow returns within seven days of delivery confirmation in the original packaging without damages. We reserve the right to refuse any return we determine not to be in it's original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for sale items, custom orders or for earrings due to health reasons. Once the item is received and is determined to be in 100% good condition, a refund will be given less shipping. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please allow between 5-10 business days for your credit card provider to process the refund.
